How can I return an Item?
Return Polices shall device have Electronic issue to replace it with new one in duration 14 days since client receive his items.
Can I cancel my order?
you can cancel your order in 7 days only and we will refund your payment to your bank account or bank cheque, after that we can't refund any payment for pre-orders.
What are the delivery types?
Geo-Surveying can deliver items to your company address or to your construction sites with small fees, Or we can use courier company in Egypt like DHL , Aramex , Middle East.
How can I pay for my purchases?
Payment for pre-order devices is depositing 30% of your invoice to our bank account and you will get a notify document about that on your e-mail or by WhatsApp with full information.
